Love Day

Happy Valentines Day!

We had a great morning making and decorating cupcakes with Chels. Aren't they cute???
Jane was great company as my valentine today. Scott and I are "re-scheduling" it due to 5 tests this week (not that we're that romantic anyways)! It's all about the love on a daily basis to me. We had a yummy dinner of coconut curry soup over sticky rice followed by chocolate covered strawberries with Hagaan Daas vanilla ice cream. Did you know that there are 17 grams of fat for 1/2 a cup of that stuff??? No wonder it's SO good! Yikes!

So grateful for the love of my life. And so grateful that we don't have to have some crazy, romantic, expensive day to prove our love to each other. Life is simple, crazy, stressful, fun, hard, exhausting, but perfect. I love you. So glad you'll always be my valentine.
