Thank the heavens above for Kiddie pools this summer. Jane has got the squirt gun thing down as well:)
Our one and only vacation we took this summer....VICTOR, IDAHO. It was lovely as always. We've gone up there since I was a little tike to the family cabin and it's a place I will always hold dear to my heart. We had such a great time with my family. It was great to soak up the beauty and let the kiddos play and the boys golf their brains out.
I purposely didn't pack a princess dress of Jane's and look what she secretly threw into the bag! Yep, I'm not kidding. That little girl LOVES her princess dresses. She also loved riding around on the golf cart with her grandpa Boom Boom.
Did I mention this is Scott's heaven?
This is what we do at dusk every night. The boys bring out their clubs and we play the 7th hole over and over again since it's right out back. The beauty is unbelievable at sunset.
Here is probably our last photo of our little threesome! Couldn't be happier to extend our little fam.
This is my favorite picture because of Jane and McKaylee on the right side doing their summersaults and Stockton trying to be just like the big boys.
Unlimited range balls makes for lots of practice.
I've been taking Jane up Millcreek Canyon just to escape the heat! The park gets so hot way too early in the morning! She loves running around and through the trees, dirt, and river. We love living so close to that canyon.
Last time her cousins joined us and they fished and fished in the river.
This last picture is just way too comical. We went up to Midway for the 24th and all rode the carousel. I looked back and my mom and Scott were laughing hysterically, snapping photos. I didn't even realize how akward I looked on that dang animal! Something was completely in the way. Think I'm about to pop?! I'm ginormous!!
Scotty and I are on the hunt for a house. We bought one and we ended up backing out because of termite damage and old school electrical. We were bummed but relieved we caught it! We decided just to move on to something else. We found our "dream" perfect house in Sugarhouse and put an offer in the first day it was on the market. We thought for sure we were going to get it as we offered full price and were the first ones to make an offer. Unfortunately someone sent in an offer the next morning (along with 5 other offers) and it was over the asking price. We didn't even get a chance to counter off (which we probably wouldn't have anyway) but we were and still are CRUSHED. It was so defeating!! Lots of tears from me and punching pillows for Scott!! We are ruined, every house just doesn't seem to compare. So we're trying to find something great, just trying to get over how we got boofed! Luckily we're in a great place now and so we'll just see what comes! We're trying to be positive again though and find something great!
A few more of July to come:)
