Happy Birthday to my sweet dad.....truly the greatest man I know. I love you dad and miss you so much. My dad just turned 54 and is training for the Ironman next month. Talk about inspirational! He would whoop my batootie in any type of physical anything right now! Last week he did a 1/2 Ironman down in Las Vegas and the real deal is coming up the first week of May. Oh what I would give to be there and support you dad (and you too Tay)! Look at this stud!
